Over the past decade, the owner, Michael McAmmond, has Designed, Project Managed, and Implemented the IT Infrastructure for two brand new hotels (The Josie ~2018 and Oak Bay Beach Hotel ~2012), was the Lead Senior Support Technician and IT Project Manager for 18 hotels across BC and Alberta, and Designed and Project Managed the change of ownership for three hotels. Having worked closely with Opera, Maestro, Shift4, Moneris, and several other hospitality software vendors, we have a vast network of subject matter experts to engage when needed on projects or support issues.
